Easter morning is always a delight while most of the candy is over looked my son in younger years had always gone after the PEEPS. Now as an adult I'm not to fond of them but, once in awhile I eat one. With Twittermoms and PEEPS is having a contest on sharing my favorite PEEPS moments.

What child doesn't like the cute little chick shaped treats in their basket Easter morning. They come in pink, yellow and covered in chocolate too. They are the first candy to go in the basket. While my son realized Easter is coming the request at the checkout counter is "can we get some?"

This year I had a different request, "mom I want real chicks in my basket on Easter morning". ha ha here's my idea; buy some put food coloring on them let them dry and keep them indoors until the weather is 55 or above. I should just drop them off at my sister's in suburbia. She'd just love me to death.
